What are these shirts?
Gildan Softstyle 64000 unisex tees: soft, lightweight 4.5 oz ring-spun cotton with a modern classic fit, a rib collar, and taped neck and shoulders. The tag tears away, so nothing scratches. Solid colors are 100% cotton. Sport Grey is 90% cotton / 10% polyester, and heather colors are cotton/poly blends.
How do the sizes run?
Unisex modern classic fit, a bit trimmer than a boxy tee. If you're between sizes or like it loose, size up. Full measurements are in the Size Guide.
What does "print-on-demand" mean?
Your shirt is printed after you order it, just for you, by our US print partners. That's how we can offer 100 designs without a mountain of unsold stock. The trade-off is a few extra days (usually 2–7 business days to print).
How long until I get it?
Usually about 4–12 business days in the US: 2–7 to print and 2–5 to ship. These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays and carrier delays can add time.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $75 or more. Otherwise it's a flat $4.89 anywhere in the US (all 50 states, Puerto Rico and US territories; allow an extra 7–12 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and territories). No international shipping yet.
Why did my order come in two packages?
Each shirt may be printed at the print shop closest to you, so multi-shirt orders can ship separately.
How do I wash it so the print lasts?
Turn it inside out, wash cold with like colors, no chlorine bleach, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron the print or dry clean. Brand-new shirts can have a faint smell from the printing pre-treatment that goes away after the first wash.
I made a mistake in my order or address. Can I fix it?
Email info@tachstitch.shop right away. If it hasn't gone to print yet, we can usually change or cancel it.
My shirt arrived with a problem.
Sorry about that! Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the shirt laid flat that shows the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a refund, and there's no need to send it back.
Can I return it if it doesn't fit or I don't love it?
Yes. Every shirt comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee. Email info@tachstitch.shop within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the price of the item. No need to send it back.
Where's my order?
Check the tracking link in your shipping email. If it hasn't arrived 30 days after you ordered, email us and we'll track it down.
Is the logo patch on every shirt?
Yes. Every design has the small printed Tachstitch patch near the top. It's part of the print, not a sewn-on patch.
